Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Newage Trade Mission Private Limited (NTM). We strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality Ayurvedic health supplements. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled with care and responsibility.


1. Eligibility for Return

Because our products are health and wellness consumables, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging (unless it arrived damaged).


2. How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@ntm.com with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Name and contact details

  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective product

  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 48 business hours with the next steps.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

Note:
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for Ayurvedic supplements, except if you received the wrong or damaged product.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us at the earliest for order cancellation requests.
